We will return your finished blind to you within 28 days of acknowledging receipt of your fabric.

Orders for more than 10 blinds from a single customer may be subject to a 40 day delivery period.

Your blind will be returned to you by a secure delivery service requiring a signature for receipt. We do not accept responsibility for blinds left at unattended premises.

You are responsible for posting your fabric to Just Romans by a secure delivery service. We do not accept responsibility for fabrics lost in transit to us.

Blinds are made according to the measurements provided by the customer and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measuring or incorrectly completed order forms.

Fitting instructions are provided but no responsibility will be accepted if the surface to which the blind is fixed is damaged or found to be unsuitable. All blinds are provided with headrails which comply to the child safety regulations. You the customer are responsible fro ensuring that the blind is properly installed according to the instructions and that all safety devices remain in tact at all times. Just Romans will not accept liability in the event of accident or death resulting from improperly installed /maintained blinds

Advice given on fabric types is as a guidance only. Should you provide a fabric which is deemed unsuitable you will be advised of this immediately upon its receipt and the fabric will be returned to you immediately.

Checked pattern fabrics have a tendency to “run out” making it very difficult to pattern match multiple blinds. In the event of a check fabric provided by the customer running out, every effort will be made to keep multiple blinds matching but exact pattern match cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that additional fabric has been accounted for when ordering multiple blinds which are to pattern match.

In the event of a blind going missing or being damaged in return transit, Just Romans will endeavour to obtain replacement value from the carrier. However, Just Romans will not pay to the customer replacement value until settlement is received from the carrier. No compensation will be paid by Just Romans in the event of late delivery caused by failure of the carriers services.

Payments A finished blind will not be despatched until payment has cleared into Just Romans’ account. In the event of a failed method of payment we will contact the customer to advise this and seek alternative method of payment. Blinds will not be despatched until a failed payment is rectified. Should this result in delivery in excess of 28 days Just Romans accepts no responsibility for such a delay.

In the event that a customer selects fabric from one of our ranges which is subsequently out of stock, this may cause the 28 day delivery of the finished blind to be extended. We will advise customers by email if there is to be a delay of this nature.

When providing your own fabric to be made up, it is taken that you have checked it for flaws or marks and in submitting it to Just Romans you are satisfied with the quality of the fabric.
